Shipping within Cyprus is:
- 2.90 euro for pick up from your local GAP branch
- 4.50 euro for delivery to your door. 

Free Shipping for all orders above 60 EUR within Cyprus. 
For items labelled as PRE-ORDER please allow 20-25 business days for delivery.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us in accordance with the Terms of Use available on our website. Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.
Orders past 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Instructions
- Email us at thoselittlestories.cy@gmail.com stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. 
- Once your email is received and your return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products.
- Free Returns: There is no return fee involved. Instructions on returns will be provided in the email.

 

REFUNDS
We will refund the Amount for the items returned less the original shipping fee charged.
Once your return is received, kindly allow for 5-10 business days to be processed and funds to show in your bank account. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return. Please see below for Gift returns.

 

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the Returns process outlined above.

 

GIFT RETURN
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at thoselittlestories.cy@gmail.com and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value to be used for other products on our website. Please note that gift returns cannot be exchanged for money but only for other products on our website.
